You get so much our of it with so little. The hair is brilliant, and the subtle shading gives it a nice texture.

I don't think this one took me very long, but it was done by hand with a ball point pen.

i now i read the comment but its gotta be alot harder to shade with ink than it is with pencil atleast a tad

It was difficult learning to shade with a pen, but I was determined because I like the way it looks on the original. It doesn't look the same on copies, but I was happy with the detail that the scanner picked up on this illustration of Jean. She was my first real screen 'crush'.
