Though I'm unfamiliar with the reference, I do like how the outfit looks on Fluttershy and that background is amazing! I've seen a lot of your art feature a lot of futuristic glow effects (which I think looks really cool!), but I love how this one looks more fantasy like and how you gave the light yellow-orange coloring to the water that's falling with pinkish sky drop.
