EDIT: Scorbunny's slot has been updated with the new render from Pokémon HOME. Also, roster builder credits have been added since I totally forgot to do so when I made this.I'm not even going to label this as "Super Smash Bros. Delta" anymore, instead I'll just work on concepts for an ideal future Smash game.
There are also characters that can unlock "character alts" which turn them into other characters. It's like with Olimar and Alph in Smash 4 and Ultimate except most of these are unlockable.

Regarding the Mage Sisters, the default fighter is Zan Partizanne, and you can switch between sisters using a button combination similar to when Inkling refills ink.
Also, regarding Miis, these are not the Mii Fighters from previous Smash games. This is a brand new character with a moveset based off of Mii-focused games such as Wii Sports or Miitopia. However, you can still attach one of your own Mii faces to this fighter.
