They put Knuckles on steroids and made him a complete idiot. He was just gullible and easy to fool before, but now he's so stupid he needs help telling his left from his right.

gamefreak changed pickachu he was chubby and cute. now hes skinny and meh I loved old chubby pikachu
by the way they are just making a character look different so if they can piss off fans or make them happy. knuckles shouldn't of change.

I think they just changed him for that particular game (but in the show it's probably gonna be permanent). BTW Chubby Pikachu sounds adorable

its not the first that a video game company beef up a character. look at Chris Redfield from resident evil. resident evil 1 he looked normal but in resident evil 5 Capcom beefed him up. its never the first

True, very true. It's just more obvious when it's on a Sonic character (because of their skinny limbs and all). Muscles just aren't something a Sonic character should ever have

I hated his "Sonic '06" design... come to think of it, I hated that game in general.
