| Personality |
Rory is an open, energetic, fun-loving and daring person who likes a challenge. She will very often act flirty towards others, but it's not necessarily meant to be taken seriously or romantically/sexually. Her energy makes her quite cheerful, or positive, but it also makes her less calm and nervous in situations where being calm would be better. Another minus is that she's a perfectionist when it comes to herself, but quite the opposite when it comes to others - whatever other people do, it's mostly good enough for her.
|History |
Rory was born in Veilstone City, Sinnoh, and she has lived there most of her life.
She had spent a lot of time around Veilstone’s Game Corner, dancing on the streets to get some income. It wasn’t like it was needed, as both of her parents were working with average salaries, and they managed themselves very well. She just wanted to show others what she could do within dance, as well as see if others liked what she was doing. It also helped her to work against goals, to make her better at dancing.
Rory received her first Pokémon from her uncle when she was twelve. She had witnessed her uncle’s Pokémon egg hatch, and she instantly fell in love with the Ponyta that emerged from the egg. Her uncle gave her the Ponyta as a gift, against her parents will. They had no choice but to let her keep the horse Pokémon, as it had become just as attached to her as Rory had become attached to it. Plus, if they told her no, they wouldn’t hear the end of it.
When she was eighteen, she moved to Cherrygrove City in Johto. She didn’t have any specific reasons to move, except for some change of scenery and too overprotective parents. They were really good to her, of course, but whenever she was heading out of the house, they didn’t approve too much - even if it only was to buy groceries. It was mostly because of the city they lived in. Her parents feared that she could encounter drunks, junkies or gropists. Rory have met some, and has received a few bad experienced as well, but it’s not like those experiences have left any mental scars - she’s all good. Her parents never got to hear anything about it, of course.

POKÉMON
VAHNI "Vaughn"
| Rapidash | Flash Fire | Serious
Fire Type
Female | Level 65
Fire Blast | Skull Bash | Stomp | Agility
Rapidash is very protective over Rory, and she dislikes her personality as it seems like it always gets her into trouble - or something that could end badly. Rory got Rapidash as a Ponyta when she first started her journey as a Pokémon trainer.
| Duosion | Overcoat | Naive
Psychic Type
Male | Level 37
Protect | Psyshock | Energy Ball | Confuse Ray
One of Rory's newer Pokémon that, in her opinion, has yet to receive a name. He's very gullible.
CUMIN
| Ursaring | Quick Feet | Brave
Normal Type
Female | Level 57
Take Down | Endure | Ice Punch | Crunch
The big momma bear. She takes care of Rory's Pancham and Cubchoo as if they were her own cubs, as well as they act like they are her children. Cumin is the second Pokémon Rory got, and the first one that she ever caught herself.
PEPPER
| Pancham | Scrappy | Naughty
Fighting Type
Male | Level 15
Karate Chop | Storm Throw | Low Sweep
The rebellious one of the bunch. He's always picking on Cubchoo, but whenever someone else tries to do the same, he defends the little fella before one manages to say "Pancham" out loud. He is usually the one to start fights or anything like that, most often to prove his strength. Too bad he almost always tries to take on more than he can chew over.
SALT
| Cubchoo | Snow Cloak | Timid
Ice Type
Male | Level 12
Powder Snow | Yawn | Avalanche
This poor guy is the victim of Pancham's bullying. They are like brothers, though, and it seems like Cubchoo doesn't mind the Pancham. The other bear Pokémon is very protective over him as he is younger and seems weaker - though he has beaten Pancham several times in friendly and more serious battles.
