Overview- Dark spyro is the manifestation of spyros own inner darkness and the source of his connection to dark aether, after being exposed to the power of a light gem and the might of light eco the darkness was expelled but far from destroyed. Given purple dragons are equal parts light and dark the purge caused spyros soul to be split and the darkness to take on a life of its own in the form of a twisted corrupted twin of spyro, fortunately possessing half of spyros soul caused him to mellow out over time opposed to being pure evil, and now Spyro is left with a "twin brother" of sorts.

Personality- Most often than not Dark comes off as scary and intimidating to most given his appearance,(in his early days he kinda looks like malefor but people usually kept that to themselves) and often has the temperament to match his ferocious appearance. Due to being the yin to spyro's yang dark has many of his personality traits but they are either exaggerated or the complete opposite. In his youth He was arrogant, prideful, crude, sarcastic, temperamental, lecherous, and sometimes straight-up cold and outright violent, yet despite that he tended too be much more honest with his feelings..maybe a bit too much. Thanks to the other half of spyros soul hes gradually become one of the most reliable and helpful allies to turn to in a pinch and just like his other half spyro, and he's not one to sit back and let people suffer and generally tries to help others. Centuries after his first appearance he is much easier to handle but his past actions still have many somewhat on edge as he has become much more devious and cautions. Despite this he is a lot easier to handle in modern times.

Power and abilities

Low Tier Omnipotence: D'rso is Extremely powerful even more so than spyro, and is regarded as the most powerful dragon of his generation. He has matched and overpowered some of the most powerful and dangerous being in the cosmos and has a vast array of powers and abilities hes acquired.

Physical abilities Dark as many of spyros traits and some unique to him

Unique physiology-D has physiology unique even for a purple dragon, unlike other purple dragons and dragons as a whole DS is not 100 percent flesh and bone, DS is mostly made out of energy making him an ethereal being of sorts as such he doesn't need to need to breath, he rarely sleeps and he doesn't need to eat and when he does its mainly because he likes the taste, Dsro gained a physical body due to having the other half of spyros soul.

Immense Strength- spyro's strength was always regarded as impressive but Dark has physical might thats straight up titanic in comparison, his strength is such he can shatter a sphere of time with only a few hits, where it took spyro a significant amount of effort to perform the same feat. Due to not being one hundred percent flesh and blood allows him to exert more force than someone with more physical limitations. Its generally accepted he's physically stronger than Spyro.

Immense durability and regeneration y-due to being an entity partially made of energy physical attacks does little to nothing to him. Add in the superior durability purple dragons have compared to other dragons and you have a being that's nigh impervious to physical harm. In the rare instance he does get hurt he heals very quickly, his regen is noticeably higher than spyros due to his physiology.

enhanced resistance to damage- DS has all the natural resistances spyro has but to a degree to where it seems he's almost immune

Advanced Nether abilities- Dark Spyros nether abilities are much more advanced than spyros aether ones, he can teleport short distances, Create short-lived construct clones, encase things in capture spheres, summon orbs made of nether, breath nether fire, shoot nether Lighting and even create energy constructs made of nether in the form of things like shields, armors, spears ect. when combined with its elemental equivalent dark eco Dark spryo can even turn invisible for short periods of time, gain temporary invulnerability to harm and perform limited astral projection.

Dragon Shouts: like all dovah' D'sro can unleash a Thu'um

Power Bestow: Dsro can grant a small portion of is magic to others he deems worthy turning them into his familiars. The recipient gains far greater power and access to a whisper of some of his abilities, such as being able to control poisons, turn parts of their body into shadow. More extreme reactions has let some have some control over souls manipulating plagues and allows them to undertake a monstrous looking transformation.

Dark eco manipulation- Thanks to training with Jak and Daxter, DS can control and manipulate dark eco without any adverse effects. Things, like shooting blasts of dark eco, creating powerful shock waves, and summoning dark eco crystals out of the ground, are just some of the things he can do with them

Dark Destructive Aura: D'sro physiology allows him to emit a malignant aura around him that withers destroys anything that comes into contact with him, which includes attacks. In his initial battle with spyro he brutally burns spyros hands when they clashed fists. Spyro own divine natural is what allowed him to heal from the injuries but the affect of his other half's aura slowed down his ability to heal. This aura becomes even more potent when he adds the destructive aspects of time to them after exposure to the other half of the master relic allowing him to erode time and space itself if he so wills it

Destructive Dragon time and Warp: D'sro has the standard dragon time abilities but due to his nature as a dark born and further exposure to the alduin half of the master relic his chrono abilities embody the more destructive aspects of time. He's able to age something to dust, or age something in reverse to the point they didnt even exist. D'sro can combine dragon time the power of magnetism, gravity, metal and shadow to unleash destructive forces that disrupt the fabric of space time and reality itself He can fire gravity bombs, unleash blasts of warp energy that induce entropy, open worm holes into the void of space, and create miniature black holes. Though these are just some of the things he can do.

Reality Warping and cosmic Awareness: as with all users of aether and nether they have a varying degree of reality warping and cosmic awareness. D'sros is to the point he can snaps his fingers and turns the skies can change color and to a certain degree grant wishes. In terms of cosmic awareness hes able to break the forth wall random.

Rage Empowerment: Nether and dark eco are powered by negative emotions like rage,hatred and sorrow and due to being a living manifestation of spyros inner negativity d'sro is his own battery in a sense. He gets stronger by the day as hes in a constant state of rage in most cases and when in battle every bit of damage he actually takes just further fuels his strength and power. This becomes even further amplified as he enters higher stages.

Technology Manipulation- Much like his Skylanders counterpart DS can manipulate technology but his mastery over this is slightly higher in the fact that he can also use dark aether or dark eco to alter and improve whatever tech he has ensnared and he can remotely control tech over a greater distance.

Dark Elements and Nether Borne magics: Dsro has control over all dark elements and their sub elements on top of having access to a vast array of dark magics and entropic forces.

Telekinesis - Dark Spyro can levitate and move objects with his mind and can even create kinetic force fields

Color Alteration- Dark Spyro is one of the few dragons with the power to alter his color scheme naturally

Transformations- Prince Of Darkness(basically Dark Spyros equivalent to Spyros super form given to him by ember and clips)Molten Fury, Netherborne(a state he enters when fully tapping into the master relics power and combining it with his own all at once)

Weaknesses- while having raw power greater than Spyro he's also has a slew of weakness he doesn't have such as a heightened vulnerability to light eco and light gems. Like spyro he has no defense against dark and light gems due to the energy they produce is a different variety than dark aether and eco but he has some resistance to dark gem energy. He also cant control tech of ancient or divine origin such as precursor oracles, dark maker bots, and arkeylians on a whim and has to actually understand them on a deeper level for him to do so. Also due to being partially made of nether, he has heightened vulnerability to its light counter part more so its like counterpart. He is vulnerable to eco weapons and weapons made of precursor metal, especially when theyve been charged with eco, and despite his immense power hes far from the most powerful person around. He has been overwhelmed by the combined might of spyro and his allies on more than one occasion and is no match for Emperor malen. His maternal grandfather chronos nagis to has proven to be able to swat the younger son of akatosh around like a fly with his time abilities alone and Red his father in law has proven to be an even if not slightly stronger match for him on more than one occasion. Other powerful being such as primordial elementals, royal class hora-quan and nega spyro have proven more than capable of handling him. Other items such as dread zone power dampeners, and rune magic as proven to inhibit and harm him to a degree.

After being exposed to numerous types of energies from the platinum relic to the the energies of his symbiotic partner clips to finally enter the stages of adulthood and accepting himself D'sro has reached the next stage in his evolution. One of the reasons his appearance has changed so drastically is due to the fact that half of the platinum relic and the energy of clips alongside his own natural energy conflicted at first before finally flowing as one. The rings of pure energy that grew out of his horns changed from purple to red signifying his drastically increased power and this same power can occasionally be seen flowing through out his body. sometimes its easy to remember that purple dragons are more than just dragons. They are beings born from something far higher and in D'sro's case hes gone from being partially made of energy to the half way point of becoming a being of pure primordial energy much like chronos nagis and malen. Well its been a while but i finally got down to actually get dark spyros young adult look down, and it hasnt gone unnoticed that his main profile still has his initial look of how he starts out which i will get around to updating after numerous behind the scene changes ive decided to spell his name differently but keeping its pronunciation mostly the same. Mainly to discern him from my user name so people dont think hes an OC or something along those lines. Plus i wanted his name to sound more well dragon like in the context of the AU hehe. Was gonna wait a bit to post this and work on the other pics and characters i have planned but its spooky time so i was like why not.

Finally got around to updating this guys profile since this fits his young adult self more so than his initial state speaking of which I might have to go back and alter that bio some.
