The biggest change in my take on DC Superhero Girls is the addition of the Anti-Hero Trio, three girls who are neither heroes nor villains...

Katana
Alias: Tatsu Yamashiro
Diana's friend by day, soul slashing ninja vigilante by night, and leader of the trio.
Partnership: Wonder Woman
Weapon: Soul capturing katana
Voice: Rina Hoshino

The trio came into being when these two girls left behind reputations as supervillains in favor of their close friends...

Harley Quinn
Alias: Harleen Quinzel
Barbara's best friend from Gotham and a real prankster who led a double life as the clown like Harley Quinn. Initially having a rivalry with Batgirl, Harley ditches the Supervillain Girls when she and Barbara learn of each other's identity and intends to reinvent herself as an anti hero for the better.
Partnership: Batgirl / Poison Ivy
Weapons: Giant mallet, baseball bat, bombs
Voice: Tara Strong

Poison Ivy
Alias: Pamela Isley
A formerly anti social loner who adores plant life who becomes the plant based Poison Ivy whenever people intend on harming plants whether its construction workers threatening to remove a tree or killing plants with gardening equipment or weed spray. Initially being in the Supervillain Girls group, her growing bond with fellow activist Jessica Cruz pushed her to leave villainy and reinvent herself for the better along with fellow reformed villain Harley Quinn.
Partnership: Green Lantern (Jessica Cruz) / Harley Quinn
Abilities: Plant manipulation, poisonous pheromones
Voice: Christina Milliza
Note: She is also accompanied by her plant friends, Frank, Georgia and Phillip. She also is not horrified by the sight of eating vegetables as they are hugely different from breathing living plants. Also notice that I added thorns to her arms.

The Anti-Hero Girls mainly act in the shadows, taking out worse people but on occasion, act as allies to the Superhero Girls, aiding their friends and acting as extra muscle.
