Creeper

A green skinned ghoul from Victorian London, who roams the dark allies and piers of England and inspired the legends of Springheeled Jack and Jack the Ripper. While seen as a creepy ghoul by mortals, Creeper is actually a misunderstood talented engineer with the personality of a cynical English inventor and explorer. In the modern day, Creeper stowed away on a ship to America where he acted as a solo demon until being approached and hired by the Boogey Man as his right hand man. However their partnership was shortlived when Boogey disrespected him and caused him to go off on his own again until he eventually found sincere camaraderie among two other misfits like him.
