First appearance: Ultraman Cosmos Episode 65 "A True Hero"

History: Chaos Darkness was created by an organism called Chaos Header that was known to infect and create chaos versions of monsters such as Lidorias and Golmede, which eventually grew into a fixation on Ultraman Cosmos for ruining their plans, eventually Cosmos challenged Chaos header to a duel on the moon but during their fight transformed into Chaos Darkness. Then, Chaos Darkness arrived on Earth and caused destruction. EYES tried to kill Chaos Darkness, but Musashi tries to convince Chaos Darkness to leave. Chaos Darkness denied and tried to kill Musashi until Ultraman Cosmos reappeared and fight the monster. After being nearly injured and knocked out, Mogrudon, Bolgils, and Lidorias appeared and they start crying, which managed to touch Chaos Darkness' conscience. After Musashi merged with Cosmos for the last time, Cosmos uses Luna Final's attack while the Earth monsters support
Cosmos to purify the beastr, as a result, the beast transformed into an angelic form called Chaos Header 0. For the last time, Chaos header leaves earth.

Trivia: Chaos Darkness is the one of the few antagonistic monsters to have good inside of it.
