The hospital janitor. Amy was an aspiring doctor but never got the chance because she was not fit for the medical practice, which prompted her to disguise herself as Dr. Craniac. She used her job as Janitor as a front for her to steal data with medical Information as Dr. Craniac which she could pass as her own.

Clues:

A mechanical arm. Dr. Craniac's infected claw arm was actually a mechanical arm Amy used to hack into and steal data from the hospital's main computer. She is shown to be very tech savvy.

A blue wig. Amy wore a blue wig when as Dr. Craniac.

Fuzzy security footage of Dr. Craniac in the closet. Amy messed up the picture in the tape which revealed her as Dr. Craniac to cover her tracks.
