Cynthia "Cookie" Atkins

The attractive secretary of the New Orleans police station and the culprit behind The Zombie Cop. Before working as a police station secretary, Cynthia was formerly a showgirl on the old casino boat back when it was still running in the 1990s, under the stage name, "Cookie," and was also the lover of late criminal Sammy "Dapper" Slicker, who was head of the racketeering operation that occured on that same boat before being gun downed by Officer O'Shammus before his death. Dapper's treasure was since lost and rumor has it, it is still hidden in the old casino boat. Cynthia, years later applied as police secretary to gain secret files and info of the whereabouts of Dapper's loot and used the Zombie Cop of O'Shammus to prevent officers and snoopers from intervening in her search for the hidden loot in the boat, for herself and her late lover.

Fun fact:
- Cookie is often seen speaking to and kissing an old photograph of Dapper, and acting like he's there woth her despite being dead.
- She may or may not later become friends with either Jo or Melody.
