Samantha Prowler or "TheGameProwler"

A popular internet video gamer and the culprit behind Dr. Mutation. Being a pro at gaming, she was able to be the first of four gamers to beat the final boss of Chemistry Campus Carnage and enter into a contest at the Brainsplosion Game Company where the winner will win a custom special edition golden game console. Desperate to have the console to be the best gamer of the millennia, she dressed up as the video game villain Dr. Mutation and haunted the company, as a means of distracting and disrupting the contest in order to steal the console. Being very knowledgeable in design, tech and chemistry, Sam was seamlessly able to create a life like costume of Dr. Mutation as well as create the "toxic ooze" he used against enemies. However, she was foiled by Josh, another contest winner, and was disqualified from the contest. However when at The Faux Ghost, Josh (who had won the console by default) gave the console to her as an apology gift seeing as she wanted it so bad and since then, the two then begin to form a cute gaming bond.

Clues:

Dr. Mutation was surprisingly good at video games during the diversion, despite himself being a game character.

A secret room full of latex and chemicals. This was where Sam secretly created the costume and slime when staying at the company's hotel.

Sam's beanie covered in slime. It was set up to make it seem like Dr. Mutation slimed her.
