You used a bad dock skin and the arrange of the stuff in it is nothing like in a mac. Your explorer window is fucked up, you didn't use an icon pack with 16x sized icons, the theme looks very bad, and the taskbar is just awful.

I like it too ...clear and wide ... Have you reinstalled your RocketDock? The Mac Trash bin and the StackIcons are gone...
