So this is my first upload here. Lots of interesting works around here, for sure.

I've been writing a story about a Leafeon and his eon clan.
I was so inspired by my story that I decided to make a picture of Leafeon's favorite spot.

It's pretty good for my first try at actually making a picture and not just editing others together.

Not the best, but you gotta start somewhere.
I need to practice drawing Leafeon. I can't draw him from the front if my life depended on it.

I only have a scanner and Adobe Fireworks though...
I don't have any of that fancy stuff.
(nor do I know how to properly use em either )

If anyone with more drawing skills would like to take this picture and... I dunno, draw a better looking version?
I would be very happy indeed. XD

Here's the parts of my story that describe Leafeon's spot:

It was a quiet evening. Everything had been fairly slow going for the past few days.
No new missions, no rescues, nothing except gathering berries for future missions.
Days like this had a lazy feel to them. It was as though time had slowed down and the world around it urged to bloom into something beautiful.
This spot by the cliffside had that feel to it anyway. This very spot, which had existed for centuries, was only known by a chosen few.
Leafeon sat, gazing at the amazing view. This was the only place where one could see the lake, pristine and clear, surrounded by forest, and the vast ocean in the distance.

The morning air was calm and cool. The dew on the plants had not yet been exposed to the morning beams of sunlight.
It was still quiet. Everyone was still sleeping quietly in their places. Everyone except Leafeon.
The spot where he once slept was now vacant. Tiny flower buds could be seen poking up around his indent in the ground. They looked intent on blooming the second daylight broke through the trees.
Leafeon had woken up early, as he always did. Unlike the other eons, he was not the type to sleep in.
He had gone to his favorite place once more. Leaf sat with a sleepy stare. The lake to the center-left of his view was still. The distant ocean to the right was glistening.
There it was. He had been waiting for it to come for about 5 minutes now. The sun peeked over the horizon. The light hit leafeon full-force.
"Ahhh... That feels so nice after a long night of sleep", Leaf thought. The leafy parts on his body began to perk up and regain the vibrant color within them.
Being part-plant, he always felt compelled to follow the sun. It filled him with a refreshed sense of life every morning.
"How could anyone miss such a thing as this for something so basic as sleep?" he pondered.
He continued to sit. He pondered things of life and enjoyed every second of the ever-changing view.
