Description
At the very end of the Gravity Falls opening sequence, an image of Bill Cipher surrounded by other symbols flashes by. It's been speculated that these symbols are connected with other characters in the show, supported by the nicknames Bill gives Dipper, Mabel, and Soos. ("Pine Tree, Shooting Star, Question Mark, I've been expecting you!") As a tribute to that, I've made this collage, putting screenshots taken from the Gravity Falls wiki set them around a wheel. Here's a link to the image I'm basing this onΒ gravityfalls.wikia.com/wiki/Biβ¦EDIT: I've given this a HUGE revamp. To be honest, I've never been happy with what I had before, but have never had the time to fix it. I've used the original wheel as a base for the collage, put in some new pictures in some spots, added a slightly better background, and improved the cryptograms. After Not What He Seems and Tale of Two Stans, I felt it was necessary to also change the picture for the six-fingered hand. However, I'm not going to show the face. That would be spoiling!

for those who want to know what the ciphers say here's my attempt to decode them. may contain spoilers.
Pacifica : all a lie (referrence to her life).
Mabel :sweet and sour, on the hour (character).
Robbie: easily broken ( the heart)
Mc guckit: once could see,sky iicio hjgsx (first part about his past , second part gibberish , probably decoding mistake maybe referrence to his current state of mind)
Soos:smarter than he seems ( atlaj code is probably atlqj in the cipher making the woord seems instead of seems. No explaination on this one those who watch the show know this )
Wendy: not so cool ( reference to the icebag icon and her constant state of stress as told in the show/ also possible reference to the shapeshifter?)
Stan(ley) :his motives are the mystery ( again apubtyc changed into qpubtyc to change wystery to mystery. referrence to his actions partially clarified in A Tale Of Two Stans)
Dipper: playing with fire ( referrence to the book and its mysteries, maybe referrence to bill cipher )
Gideon: Not knowing what he seeks ( this one i changed wvqsh to wvgsh to change seoks to seeks, possible referrence to him looking for the first journal and the power inside without knowing what this power is. )
journal: something went wrongΒ ( reference to A Tale Of Two Stans and the author of the journals. )

it's kind of mix between McGucket and Stanley for glasses and six fingers. On the one hand Stanley could be the glasses besides the image Stan was sitting quietly looking at them in deep supposed thought during carpet diem. While McGucket could represent six fingers due to his partnership with Stanley and therefore having the closest ties to his identity (besides Stan). Plus he was under suspicion (and trolled by Alex) to be the author. but then again it could be the other way just as easily, though i feel the glasses have more meaning for Stanley

I completely agree I jus today realized the glasses was McGucket cause I remember that he wore glasses in society of the blind eye and finally someone understands that the Stanley theory is stupid I mean seriously they saw young Stan and they suddenly think that's a long lost twin there no evidence what so ever but people really treat it like it's actually canon

The six finger symbol on the whell is Stanley or Stanford if the one name Stanford was the one who went into the portal and Stanley masqueraded as his brother for thirty years.

Stanley or Stanforis the six finger symbol and maybe Stanley was the one running the mystery shack while stanford was in the portal we saw on a news paper that stan pines was dead in a car crash.
