lots of potensial in this one.. i just dont think you managed to "abuse" the image good enough.. maby some more brush and light would do the trick?

if you're doing for something underwater, there's got to be
some distortion, particles in the water,
and depth of field through blurring of certain elements.
as a personal thing, i'm finding it hard to focus on one point as there's so much going on
- perhaps a few queues to indicate the "center" of the image?
