This is some loooooooooooong overdue prize art for the lovely zelka94 , from a contest she won last December. And I mean December 2013. I feel terrible for taking this long to get it done, but I got it done, and it looks so pretty!I tested a new shading technique on the hair and by golly it's friggin perfect and I am going to use it forever now!
