you get the PSD when you buy so you can do whatever with it
you may upload the image but only if ALL my watermarks are fully intact(colouring them differently is okay if you're changing colours) and you link back to me, crediting for both the art and character design
you can change the design however you want and give it away to someone else/buy it as a present for someone
you may resell if you get tired of it but you may not sell it for more than what you got it for unless it comes with more art or something
you dont need my permission to give away/resell it
