OMG, that Pokémon Sword & Shield Direct was total hype!I can't wait for it to come out on the 15th November, because it looks so good!
Here we have the legendary for Sword, Zacian!
We don't know much about it and the other legendary, Zamazenta the shield wolf.
But Zacian looks like such a good boy/girl and that it has been compared to other doggos with swords in their maws.

The art is really awesome! But one thing I would suggest would be using a dark purple for the shading, not black. I would also suggest adding a little bit more detail to the backround, but other then that I really like your technique for shading and lighting, the shadow is also really cool and brings out how much effort was put into this, And I just realized, the paw that is above the ground is a bit too long and stretched out, I would recommend flipping your canvas every once in a while to pick up anatomy mistakes like that a bit easier. But good job! This is amazing

Dark purple? I need to try it out in my upcoming drawings.
You're also right on the part that I need to add more details to the background, that's something I think really needs more work on, but I seem to be a bit too lazy when it comes to that (I need to stop being lazy).
The paw that is above the ground... oh I didn't catch that when doing it, thank you very much for pointing it out.
