Lots of brands are good, plus you camera is pretty lightweight, so you have lots of options.Β Picking a tripod is insanely hard because there are too many options and everyone has a different opinion
From my limited experience, ball heads are the easiest to use.Β I like the flip locks for the legs better than the twist ones, but both work fine. I'd suggest you go for small and lightweight.Β The heavier and larger it is, the less likely you will be to bring it with you.Β A couple other things to look for, check the maximum height, so you don't have to hunch over to use it (depending on your own height).Β Second, check the lowest height.Β You can get some pretty cool shots by putting the camera really close to the ground.Β
Sunpak has a series of tripods marketed by Best Buy in the US that are pretty cheap for their features.Β I have one and liked it, only replaced it to get something that folded down smaller (and cost like 2x as much

If you want to spend some money on it, the MeFoto Backpacker would probably be all the tripod you would ever need, but it is a little expensive.Β But if you spend less than US$100 or so, you can't really get a brand-name tripod anyways (except maybe Sunpak).Β That said, the super cheap aluminum tripod that came as a freebie with my camera worked well until I got heavy lenses so most tripods should work fine with your lighter camera.Β One other weird option is the Gorillapod.Β It is light and cheap and lets you use anything nearby as a tripod as well, just doesn't have any height on it's own.Β joby.com/gorillapod
