A special Agent of Vita's Military who was a child novice known for her lightning abilities, after her capture and torture from her Mentor's enemies her body was badly mutilated and destroyed as a teen, she was later restored with augments that enhanced her abilities and skills, she even has superhuman strength and agility from her parts

Over the years til adulthood she became Special Agent Raiu who's skills were nearly unmatched, killing and catching many powerful foes over the years, when she had to train Kori she had a lot of trouble but Kori helped her understand her humanity again, originally she had a crush on Kori's big sister Kaen Kishidan who is now Scarlet Dragon, but she starts falling for Kori overtime but never admits it

She tries ignoring her emotions in battle being focused and determined, for taking on invaders and powerful enemies she will use her powerful Lightning Blade which is a renewed Ancestral blade of her fallen people, capable of cutting nearly anything, though for common criminal or bosses to capture she either fights hand-to-hand or uses her blade's Stun Mode that feels like a deadly cut but knocks the enemy out

With her trained Samurai skills thanks to her former Mentor Kaen she is a deadly Agent but also a powerful and fast Superheroine which she became because of Kori and when she was invited to the Foundation of Justice by Scarlet Gravity, she hopes to surpass her former Mentor in both skill and power while also preserving the peace of Vita and New Earth

She lives with her Step-sister Yumi Honorblade who helps her sometimes especially when she is badly injured or needs morale support
