A former thief (well sort of) who is a cunning and sly member of SVRN and tends to have connections with people in the black market, though the shadiest of the group he is still a trusted member and is quite close to Nichibotsu but not in that way, Rei still has a habit of robbing people behind their backs but seems to do it to the point where they do not notice at all, Sol and Maxy can figure out when he robs them

Reikon is also good at stealth, but unlike Ricky, he is good at this by blending with people, he is a smooth talker and can somehow charm the ladies with his words, taking their necklaces and rings somehow without them noticing, although he officially does not have a license to drive, he can somehow drive vehicles he hijacks since he was 12, he was formerly with a gang but disbanded during an unknown circumstance

He became a Secret Agent of G.R.I.M.Ms and became a guy who forms connection with those in the criminal underworlds, Captain Prince is impressed with his talents that he usually asks him to find out things that only he can with his connections, even after Beacon's Falling and Ataur taking over G.R.I.M.Ms Rei still did not lose his connections with the underworld, he is actually finding dirt on Ataur to use

Reikon is a decent fighter but will only be empowered once his comrades are at a critical state thanks to his semblance, Rei along with SVRN help out Maxy and Ricky during their hunt for the Black Claw Generals, he also helps with battling both the Black Claw and Tango at the Dust Fortress and Mines, now both SVRN and MRKZ fight on against the rest of the Black Claw around Remnant

Reikon: {driving in a V8 Muscle Car}
