After being accepted into Axle Academy Reila is seen by many there as trouble since she was an Infamous Outlaw, though she doesn't let this bother her and tends to be very rebellious in her class, but even though she can seem lazy and rude, she is actually very knowledgeable and intelligent, whenever the tutors ask her questions noticing she looks like she isn't listening she answers everything they teach and even states the wrong things in their lessons correcting them

Reila seems to be ignorant but she knows many things from her travels and discoveries, very much like her Grandfather Talbot Katze, being Treasure Hunter and Explorer she knows things that others do not so that comes to her advantage, in battle she is strategic in combat and tricks her enemies, she knows her way in hand-to-hand and knows how to take down an EXceed Guard and User without 1 with special tools and techniques, though the Commander is the 1st to see through this

She is brave and confident and strong in her abilities, able to take on the brutal torture of Natalya Bell who many would break in an hour or 2, she lasted for 3 weeks before escaping during an Alpha Raker breach in the Axle Base Tower, she has a Special A.I within her Computer Unit Gauntlet called S.A.N.U to hack into devices and security while also guiding her in places, helps her when she is robbing for treasure and exploring mysterious ruins finding artifacts, it archives all her Grandfather's research and support her in handing situations

After becoming an EXceed User for her EXceed Guard Talbot named after her Grandfather and defeating an Alpha Raker, Reila starts training with her EXceed Guard in Axle Academy, at 1st she did not want to go but the Commander of Axle offered her place in exchange he can provide her access to the A.W.E (Axle World Eye), a Powerful Special Computer that shows everything from Past, Present and Possible Futures

Talbot a rogue Spirit and Exceed Guard that no 1 was able to tame was once a Powerful Being who scared Deities and ate all the Sea-Life from the previous world which provided Healing Energy to many, giving him Super Regeneration and Godly Power, becoming an Exceed he has forgotten his previous life but still possesses his personality of a beast and fighter, when becoming Reila's Exceed Guard he is able to take Physical Form naturally which other Exceeds Guard can only do temporarily and must be summoned in Spectre mode, but Talbot brings himself

He is very powerful and Reila is able to handle his power, but 1st time she used all the tools she had in her bag which were only temporary as they burst to pieces not being able to handle his power for long, Reila is able to use fists but they burn overtime from using his power, so she needed to find the right tools for him to channel through, with her Grandfather's Weapons the Feral Chainsword and Deathblade which Talbot can Channel without breaking the weapons

Reila and Talbot become close and are like siblings to each other, though Talbot is very aggressive and competitive, he cares for Reila and will go berserk when Reila is badly injured, both currently at Level 1 with Reila Knowledge and Combat skills combined with Talbot's Rage and Immense Power, they can take on Level 2 and Level 3 Exceeds while able to hold off Level 4 Exceeds, they are the perfect duo

Getting back her Grandfather's Relic Reila it holds a Powerful EXcenturions Chrono who has control over time but requires Reila's essence in doing so, he is also very perverted around her wanting to have intimate moments with her, even using a female form to seduce her, Chrono actually monitored Reila during her imprisonment in the Axle Base Tower and saw potential, he guides her to more secrets and sometimes powers Talbot with control over time to perform devastation while slowing everything down

Reila: {whistles to the Raker Zombies} Hey Scrap Boys, want this special host? {winks}

Rakers: {hisses at her & all dash clawing the floor with their razor sharp long fingers}

Reila: Aaaand boom {presses her detonator as the floor blows open and they fall in on electric spikes} Oooh what a shock huh? {pulls out her Deathblade & fires each of their heads skillfully} Hehe

Talbot: {talks from her Tattoo} Reila we got their attention

Raker Hoppers: {Evolved Rakers with large long legs leaping very high with razor sharp claws & cannons on their shoulders} Huuuumaaaaan...grararararara! {leaps to her}

Reila: Sweet {pulls out both her blades} here we go Talbot!

Talbot: {takes Physical Form} I've been waiting for some action! {creaks his fists} Rrrrrrr!

Raker Hoppers: {all attack them}

Reila: {starts slicing many of them then ducks 1 flip kicks it into the air & fires her Deathblade Plasma shots puncturing holes in the Rakers} Ha! {chainsaws through 1 in half before slicing another's claw off before spin-kicking it away} Haaar! {the claw stabs another Raker's head} bullseye! {fires 1 behind her without looking}

Talbot: Come on you weaklings, show me what you got! {claws many of them in 1 swipe causing a wave then punches through 1 & rips him apart spilling Black Ooze everywhere} Rrrraar! Come on! {claw swipes many more before punching the ground causing wave knocking many of them to go up in the air} hahahaha! {catches 1 by the leg & spins it around hitting the others before throwing it away} Reila cover your ears!

Reila: Right!

Talbot: Rrrrrr! {does a powerful clap causing a shockwave obliterating many more Rakers} Oh yeah!

????: Strong human {in lands a gigantic Spider Raker with a Humanoid body for a head holding a Scythe} and Exceed that doesn't rely on it's Master, fascinating, another body count that will entertain me

Talbot: Watch out Reila! An Alpha Raker!

Reila: Crap! {leaps back from the Huge Spider Legs & blocks with the Chainsword pushing back the the Spider Legs} Grrrrgh! Talbot!

Talbot: I got you {lunges & does a powerful claw swipe}

Spider Raker: {blocks with the Scythe & gets pushed back a little} Hmhm, strong, but not enough

Talbot {sees his hand damaged & heals} Argh, damn he's a tough 1, wish I was at Full Power, this would be a breeze

Reila: I guess you know what that means, Talbot! Exceed Level 1! {Talbot fades and becomes a flaming aura that goes around her} Hmmmmm! {her eyes glow yellow like Talbot & her Chainsword transforms into a Large Flaming Chainsword with}

Spider Raker: Fool! I am an Alpha, Novices never last! {rushes to them}

Reila/Talbot: Merge complete! Charging! {the Flaming Chainsword spins at blinding speed building up the blade while the blade grows bigger}

Spider Raker: GRARARARARARARARAR!

Reila/Talbot: SCORCHING TIGER SAW! {the Chainsword becomes extremely massive with red flames & does a big swipe that cuts everything it touches including some buildings & vehicles with melting chop}

Spider Raker:...Gurgh...{slowly looks down seeing a large burn mark across his body before he falls off his spider body} No! {gasps as he sees them close up mid air}

Reila/Talbot: Who's the novice now? {fires her Deathblade at his head bursting it to pieces before boosting & sawing through the huge spider body in half landing}

Spider Raker:...{the body fall apart in half before it becomes melt metal scraps & the Black Ooze burns away}

Reila/Talbot: Hm, Exceed Release {they both split away as the weapons go back to normal}

Reila: The eency-weency spider went down the burning spout {sheathes her blades}

Talbot: Nicely done, wish he was stronger though
