Blizzard's Super Evolution differs from that from many Arcosians who possess a Super form like Cooler, differ in power too as he can compete against a Super Saiyan 3 in this form thanks to his training with his sworn brother Kuraudo, although it looks heavily armored, with it's high defense it is still light and agile, Blizzard is able to move alot faster in this form and oddly can scan things with his visor like a machine, even see power levels like a scouter, Blizzard does combine this with his Golden form, if the form is not mastered may cause strain, but Blizzard has mastered his Golden form and in Super Evolution can handle the form a lot better and naturally greatly surpassing that of Frieza
