Finally finished!!! Teenage Chibiusa... is it TOO sparkly???I wasn't really happy with the quality of the image..... so I took a screen shot of the actual drawing so the face could look a bit better....here is the [link] to the cap, which is in my scraps.....
but I STILL think it's not as cool as the original sketch I made [link] , that day, all I could think about was how the hell was I going to draw Crystal Tokyo
