xD McCoy/Transporter mpreg? Hmmm... maybe something goes wrong and a fetus is beamed into McCoy, and the woman wants her baby back but McCoy thinks it's him and the transporter's baby. IT MAKES SENSE.

Or the Transporter just changes McCoy`s body and impregnates him with um some kind of force (if Anakin Skywalker`s mother could be impregnated by some midichlorians I don`t see any reason why Trek character shouldn`t).
And Spock could be impregnated by Kirk`s smiles and golden light that seems to be always glowing from him.
