Description Unfortunately, I have only seen Amy and the Eleventh Doctor's first adventure together. (hope that will change soon!)

Amy is a Barbie/Obitsu hybrid, with repaint and full re-root by me.

Doctor Who and its characters and concepts are owned by the BBC. I have no claim on any of them, except as a source of fun.

A pretty good alternative to the official one by Big Chief. I mean, good luck finding one of those on the cheap.

Parts list:

Head: Mattel Vitamin C doll, rerooted with Pumpkin Spice from Dollyhair

Torso: Gymnast Barbie

Arms and Legs- hybrid of Gymnast Barbie and Obitsu 30cm male doll- ankles modified to fit:

Feet- ZC Girl shoes with peg feet

The Barbie you can usually find if you haunt Goodwill for a while
Obitsus are available at the JunkySpot doll dealer for a reasonable price, plus you have bits left over for another custom. Hair depends on how much you order, and what kind.

Look for message boards that are devoted to 1:6 scale customizing- there will be a lot of questions answered about technique and materials that will be invaluable to a beginner.
Men With Dolls, Sci-Fi and Fantasy Customs, and Sideshow Freaks are all great places to start.

Also be thinking about whether you will want to work in a very realistic style or a more stylized look.

LOL, thanks-Amy's photo session was at my husband's workshop. Not the best of backgrounds, but I hope to have a real photo session with her soon.
Really want to cobble together a light box for that-the plans for them look super easy.
