I must say this is quite original. The composition of the character is well done.
Maybe a few more details would make him stand out more. There's a lack of shadows behind the candy, the stuff toy ans parts of his clothes as your light is coming from the top. It's a minor thing tho so yea.
Oh and the legs are okay but maybe you can try making the right a little fatter or the left a little slimmer.
