Duskull used Mean Look
I know it's not an attacking move but screw the in-game mechanics. I've been scared to death before, and I'm sure many have been scared to the point that they've fainted.
I highly doubt I'm going to win; the people in the second round are so pro :<
is an amazing artist, too.

Oh boy, that's the creepiest "Mean Look" I've ever seen; I can definitely see this being used in a battle - especially when it makes the opposing pokemon faint or stay in the battle till it faints. Awesome job! And good luck with the contest!
