Oh darling I am so sorry you lost your kitty. I can understand the pain of watching them slip away and being helpless about it. I had a cat, my Zeus who was literally my age, so when he passed I was on the cusp of 21 or 22 and he was as well. I remember our vet telling us he had passed very quickly when it was time and that he was "ready" to go as well.
i don't think words can ever truly explain the bond between a pet and it's owner as it's so much deeper than even a human to human relationship is. And while I know you didn't see the signs you were expecting she's in a better, happier place where she can run and play all day. It doesn't ease the pain but it might give you some peace of mind.
I'll keep you both in my prayers. Bast I'm sure was ready ti welcome her with open arms. if you need me I'm here, either mobile or desktop.
Just try to stay strong and focus on your other fur babies who are gonna need you for support as well.
Love you Chica <333

It's never easy loosing a pet, especially one that you grew up with. I'm very sorry you had to go through this, I had to put my dog down when I was about 16 and I had her since I was 2, she was more like...a sister/friend figure like you felt with your cat, so you're def not alone there. This picture looks really really nice, and I'm sure she's with Rosie and Princess right now looking down at you ;w;
If you dont mind me asking, do you have little urns for your cats? I was able to get my dog cremated and her box sits in a cabinet in our living room with a bunch of dalmatian stuff around it, and i have a heart necklace that i keep some of her ashes in that i wear almost all the time! I also know a really really nice site where you can buy urns and jewelry and other memorabilia for pets if you'd ever like it <3

Sorry about your dog ;-; *hug* thanks for your kind words. I thought I was the only one that thought of pets as sister/friends haha, glad I'm not alone.
We don't cremate our pets, we have a little pet cemetery in the back of our yard under this huge oak tree. Most of the pets we burried we didn't get to keep anything from, but I have a whisker from Rosie in a little box in my room, and I added Baby Bops whisker there with hers today too. Me and my sister have collars from our other cats.
Thanks again for your kind words.*hug*
