I have been drawing for two years now.And I do not regret anything.
These two years have been an amazing time. Sometimes dark and depressing, yes, but I remember so many achievements, so much I can be proud of. I have built a world I can fully immerse myself in. I can take a pencil and do what I love to do. Be it something cute, something funny, something realistic, something lazy, something dark, something from my imagination (- which turns out uglier than what I imagined in my head far too often.) Results sure may be disappointing, but however they might end up, they take my capabilities, my imaginations, my emotions and my gratitude one step further.
Onwards to my third year!

Aw, that makes me so happy to hear! Because commenting can be very time-consuming sometimes: I always feel the urge to look up words on dictionaries and try to figure out if the sentence structure or the use of a specific word is right.
I've never been that social as I am now. Being rather introverted makes it difficult to stay confident about what and how you're writing, not to mention communicating in foreign languages. But I really wanted to be active here, therefore I pushed myself to learn English and how to socialise properly, so I could feel exactly that rewarding sense we are talking about. As a result, you do really cheer me up saying I write nice comments, because that has been my objective. For two years. And reaching goals, I mean, everybody knows that: It's awesome!

Art can be such a good shelter for everyone, and I can relate to your experience. When I feel bad, I draw, I escape into the world I've created to feel better, and it always works èwé

Yes indeed, drawing in order to feel better works. Still, I could write you a book about the times I ended up being annoyed because something didn't work out as planned
