Random title is randomWatching a bunch of tutorials for about an hour might have payed off. What do you think? >w< I decided to draw Mai as cute as I could since I'm just a little fangirl >w< I'm actually decently proud of it. :')

First off, I love the background and the eyes. The background goes great with the emotion of this drawing and it fits well with the color scheme of her outfit. Her eyes are shaded very well, and it has an adorable kind of style to it, which is appropriate for this character.
Her shoulders are a little pointy. They should be rounded out a bit, and where the shoulder is, there is a joint. So basically, there's a little bump at the shoulder, rather than a point. Also, the neck smooths into the shoulders too well. There's kind of an edge between the chest and neck, you know?
The torso anatomy looks okay. I think you did a great job on that.
I think her ears should be a little more pointed upward. They look flat against her head. I understand in some anime drawings, the ears are flattened to be more cute, but it seems like you do that in all of your drawings. Now, for the shading..The shading looks a little bright, and I think you used the blur tool too much. But in terms of where the shading should be placed; that's good. You don't have the shading in random places.
The line art looks a bit sketchy. The only way to help that would only be to steady your hand a bit more, or use a different brush. It looks pretty good, though.
You're off to a great start. I love this drawing, I'm just trying to help. xD Keep practicing, and I guarantee you'll improve. Keep watching tutorials, too. They help a lot! c:

im gonna tell you right here that im not the kind of person who only kisses your ass. thats not what a critique is. so *cracks knuckles* let's critique this bitch
first and foremost, your anatomy is off. like, way off. no face is that angular, nor are any shoulders. round the chin, cheeks, and shoulders out to make it look more natural. the eyes should also be rounder and have more of the whites showing, and the eyebrows should always be thinner towards the outside of the face. the nose should be bigger and show up more; like draw the bridge of the nose or shade where it would cast a shadow: sta.sh/05nik8sunx5
the arms are incredibly skinny and it makes your character look very underweight. you should round out the shoulders and add more general round-ness to your arms (and legs, in other drawings) to make your character look healthier and more natural: sta.sh/0izw6d9lnyl
the boobs look okay, but there should be some cleavage showing if she's wearing a tank top. unless she's not wearing a bra, a top cut that low would definitely show a little cleavage.
the cat ears just look... wrong. here's some real cat ears for reference: tinyurl.com/kk9hyvg cat ears don't usually flatten like that unless the cat is threatened, and she looks pretty happy to me.
moving on; the lineart looks really messy, ngl. i recommend spending a little more effort on the lineart, it never hurts. and i recommend when you submit your art to da, you choose one of the "-- pixels wide" options, because a shrunk picture looks generally better. it looks cleaner.
the shading also looks rushed and messy. try spending more effort on it, and adding more detail. it pays off.
but hey, we're all messy in the beginning. i dont really know how to explain it better, but as long as you practice and try to be cleaner with your art, your hand will kind of, for lack of a better word, learn how to be clean with your work and it'll be steadier and less sketchy. your style will grow and develop as you continue drawing, and there's plenty of room to improve!!!!

Wow, this is really cute~! I especially like the slight glow you gave this character. ^-^
I think Mai's right eyelid (top) should be a bit more curved (to be like her left eye), or flatten her left eyelid a bit to match her slightly-flattened right eye.
The anatomy is rather well done here - though her left arm looks slightly like a sleeve. owo" You could make it a bit more natural by emphasising her shoulder here.
This looks great, though the only thing lacking here is the reason for Mai being in such an odd pose. (Don't forget her collarbones~!)
