Oh god.This was a semi-commission/giftart for ~Agahnim back when we were the two biggest internet celebrities on the forums of *chasmosaur 's long-since-defunct TerribleClaw.com site. It's supposed to be his old wizard character, based on Agahnim from The Legend of Zelda (I guess). He harbors an unmatched hatred for Pokémon because he thinks it's immoral or some shit. So I decided to make him expressing his animosity in a totally justified and moral manner.
At this point I had apparently discovered layers in PSP, but clearly had no idea how to use them. The color layer is Gaussian blurred to all hell, and a lot of the lining was done with Microsoft Paint. Hence, the execution is even more embarrassing than the subject matter and Homestar Runner reference.
Bonus cameo appearances (inside the background crystals) of Young Link and Zelda from The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time; Squirtle and Mew from Pokémon; Sonic the Hedgehog; Raphael from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles; Strong Bad of Homestar Runner fame (lol); Sephiroth from Final Fantasy VII (I think, I never played that shit); the Cyberdemon from Doom and its creator John Carmack; Dr. Evil from Austin Powers; DeRaptor from *chasmosaur 's old-ass comic of the same name; and my own character, CyRaptor, in Doomworld fish form.
Aggie can probably elaborate on the details, I'm sure he remembers better than I do.

Yeah, I didn't forget about that drawing, but I couldn't remember if it had anything to do with this. You should definitely post it, I'd love to see it again, even though it's atrocious. In your defense, though, I think the only source you could have used at the time was a 100x100 avatar I was using on Terrible Claw or something. I still don't get the Iguanodon though.
DeRaptor/chasmosaur/tengoo also drew a picture of a really old design of Cy, I think back before you even joined, that I'd also love to see again, but I'm certainly not going to ask her because that'd be real weird six or seven years down the line.

This is every bit as funny as I remembered it.
Also, wasn’t this a trade? I remember that around the same time, I drew your CyRaptor character shooting an Iguanodon through the neck with some sort of pistol. Maybe I should upload that in my own gallery, although my black-and-white inking skills were so crappy back then that I’ll probably want to edit it a little first.
