Apologies for the really late response, but yeah, I think I still have a copy of the PS3 Characters Mod on the old portable hard drive.
To be on the safe side though, I probably have to ask the original author of said PS3 Characters Mod to see if its okay to reupload.

As far as I know at the moment, there are a few error issues with the PS3 Characters mod:
- It is not compatible with the Steam version of Street Fighter X Tekken.
- The rival scenes for Toro/Kuro and Cole do not work.
- Pac-Man and the Sony Cats have 'distorted' shadows.
- During Mega Man/Pac-Man's rival scene, your partner appears in the middle of the stage.
- The game seems to crash at the startup screen at random intervals when starting the game.

After some investigating with the PS3 Characters mod, there are a lot more errors that occurred during play sessions with the game. Here's some of the new error issues I have discovered:
- The small icons for the PS3 Characters do not display at all when displaying the most frequently used teams and characters at the Player Stats menu.
- Megaman's standard blaster projectile gets stuck in mid-air when blocked and will stay there unless Megaman fires another projectile.
- Whenever Pac-Man gets hit or when a stage transition occurs, Pac-Man quickly goes into the reference pose. I am not sure if Pac-Man actually does this on the PS3 and PS Vita versions on SFXT.
- When Player 2 selects Megaman on the Character Select screen, he holds his blaster pistol the wrong way.
- The Sony Cats seem to float in mid-air whenever they get hit or when a stage transition occurs.
- The Sony Cats are unable to change their facial expressions unlike the PS3 and PS Vita versions of SFXT.
