Ahhh! This is almost exactly the look and feel I was trying for a few days ago when I made an image of a scientist in a lab, but I never could quite pull off. Well, I'm glad to see you had more success than I did.
Very nice, professional looking outfit, you certainly managed to capture her current mood in her expression, and not only do you have a nice background (I like the use of Depth of Field), you managed to pull off an image that involved mostly whites and shiny surfaces or lights without it all looking like a big confusing bright blob or making the main subject hard to distinguish. Looking closely at what you did, I suspect I needed to add more shadows to the bright white outfit.

Early Sunday mornings on Sunset Beach are typically quiet and delightful. The coastal ocean water grew brighter as the Sun rose, its glow unhindered by the scattered clouds overhead. Patches of tall grass, left to grow along the outlying sand dunes, were laden with glistening dewdrops. A warm, steady breeze pushed the cold air from the previous night across the land, through the dense tropical forest, back out to the ocean. Morning joggers and lounging tourists had already peppered the beach.
Walking along the sand was a young woman. She had rich, orange hair in a white sunhat. On her back was a small, grey backpack. With her, she also carried a hefty bag of trash. The hindrance of its weight didn't seem to concern her.
She continued, taking in all the stimuli her surroundings had to offer. She spotted a group of high school students, who were likely there to enjoy their last few days of Summer Vacation, playing volleyball out on the calm water
