Description To here the pattering
of footsteps
far into the east,
and a nervous sort of laughter
from such a little beast.
Off into the distance
and quickly closing in
discovery thereafter
could make a young mind spin.

A rabbit pure in color
whose eyes so bright and pink.
A rabbit's what you're after,
as you follow it you sink.

Falling for forever,
gentle landing on new ground.
Hear confused and distant laughter
Oh dear what have you found?
A hall of doors whose doors be locked
and a table for you to see.
Oh dear, oh dear, there's no way out
Alone with a bottle marked “Drink Me”.

A rabbit pure in color
whose pocket watch behold.
The rabbit's no longer what you're after
there's a garden to be told.

So now a girl,
whose size differs,
makes her way through
to where the Duchess lures.
With child upset
and a cook so mad,
leave at once
and soon be glad.

A rabbit pure in color
is what has brought you here
but now there's no rabbit here,
so then why do you stay dear?
A rabbit pure in color
whose nerves about to break.
You've found yourself a crossroads
so which side shall you take?
