Nice work! But there's already a fusion named Opal when Pearl and Amethyst fuse together. If it's a separate crystal gem, that'll be kinda different. Anyway, nice coloring and style. I would suggest colliding the colors on the gem together to make is more interesting and unique. And also nicely one on the dress, which brings out the Asian culture and spirituality, plus making her look like the goddess of spring. I love the blossoms on her hair because it brings out the beauty within her, and makes her more elegant in her way. Awesome job on her, Cyvine! Pretty!

Who cares if its the same gem as canon, it's been hinted at that there are MULTIPLE types of the same gems on homeworld, even the same gems as fusions, so there could be single opals on homeworld even if their not fusions, i still think the rest of your critique is fair though, i'm just sick of people telling artist that gems like Opal, Sugilite and sardonyx's are already in the show and cannot be created by artist in their own way.

Yeah, thanks, and sorry if my opinion was a little harsh, i'm just mad that artist can't make their own "canon" gems without getting told of by people, not saying that YOU were doing that of course, at least you showed your opinion in a very friendly way, unlike SOME people in the SU community.

She looks, just like Iolite, very original and she reflects much of her personality. Her weapon and her design looks very gorgeous and graceful, I would guess she's a graceful fighter almost like Pearl. Her colors look very nice and really do clash with her Gem, and I have to say that I love the way her hair looks with the flowers in it. She looks very much like she could be a plush, the natural show style you give your OCs is very impressive. And the way her dress just flows like Sapphire's is beautiful, as well are the smaller details such as the stars and the outlines along it, beautiful job!
