Its quite true really, when you take a close look at nature. I notice it particularly in winter when all the leaves have gone and its just the silhouette of trees(sometimes hauntingly beautiful). Dunes shift their shape with the wind.......... so many things to consider

Love! I adored the Great Sand Dunes of Alamosa, CO, when I visited there. Jordan and his dad and I ran up a fifty-foot dune and back down again. Do you know how hard it is to run in sand? But I didn't have to use my cane!

That sounds like an exciting outing. I am just back from having an xray on my ankle, it has been playing up and can be quite painful. Your right, walking and running along the beach is hard work..think I will bow out and just confine myself to writing about dunes and sandy beaches
