Description
The sixth sun sign in the Zodiac Flower Design Series, Virgo. Sorry about the delay, I will try to finish the series up before really starting the big Doctor Who commission.
Virgo birthdays are August 23 to September 22

Ruling Planet: Mercury
Element: Mutable Earth
Symbol: A virginal woman
Polarity: Negative (feminine)
Physical Correspondence: The intestines, abdomen and spleen
Stones: Sapphire, amethyst, carnelian, peridot
Colors: Indigo, navy blue
Flowers: Jasmine, wintergreen, sage, narcissus, cornflower
For this sign I used the One-Flowered Wintergreen, a delicate plant that produces a singel small and suprisingly fragrant flower on a slender stalk above a few evergreen leaves. These flowers have never been abundant and now are becoming rare. I thought it fit the sign well.
