I said I was gonna do this several months ago, and I finally got around to redesigning Rouge.

Bio: Rouge was born and raised in the mercenary group that she would one day become the co-leader of. She killed her first man at the age of eight, and she's been hooked ever since. Ten years later, she was sent to deal with a rival mercenary who was at odds with her group. He turned out to be too much for her, mortally wounding her, cutting off both her arms, and leaving her for dead. Fortunately, Dr. Varmak, a scientist under the group's employ, was able to save Rouge's life by giving her cybernetic implants. Now gifted with superhuman strength, Rouge worked her way through her group and became co-leader alongside her close friend/spiritual sister, Teal Ares. They now have the reputation of running one of the most deadly mercenary groups there is.

Strengths/abilities: Rouge is a master of both ranged and hand-to-hand combat, though in recent years she's been using a special pair of gauntlets she stole from a government lab. They're controlled by plugging her cybernetic arms into them and controlling them with her mind. The left gauntlet is a large pincer claw that also sports a plasma cannon. The claw and cannon can be configured into a grappling device. The right gauntlet is a heavy metal fist that packs a piston-powered punch. Even without the gauntlets, her cybernetic arms and other enhancements give her immense strength, durability, and stamina. If that's enough, Rouge also sports a pair of rocket boots, allowing her to jump fairly long distances and tackle opponents.

Weaknesses: While Rouge is extremely strong, her cybernetics make her more dense than a normal human. She can't swim for very long, and she sinks like a rock in water.
