Description
This started out as being intended as a test comparison, but that plan quickly faded when this started taking me entire days to render something decent. So much reflection. So much glass. So many mesh lights. This is probably one of the most shader-inefficient scenes I've ever made, but it doesn't look too bad, at least. There are some elements about it that I like. I got a really fancy and powerful new PC in the last couple of days and I thought I'd use this scene almost as a benchmark to test performance and I managed to render it to an acceptable level and a good resolution (since I like rendering at UHD resolutions) in just under 11 hours. If you look really closely, you'll notice she's just ever so slightly hovering. I promise that wasn't the intention, but I wasn't in the mood to fix it, either.
