Mighty and Ray are best friend they like brothers to each other.

Mighty is described as a gentle pacifist who detests violence and roughness. However, he is willing to use his strength and fighting abilities when there is trouble afoot and when there is no other option. He loves to travel, and his aim in life is to journey to all the places in the world. Some of the things Mighty enjoys includes forest bathing, peace and nature.

Ray is a faithful friend and ally to Mighty the Armadillo, often believing in his powerful friend when Mighty doubts himself. While Ray himself might not be the most powerful fighter, he is still eager to help others.

Mighty and Ray are like two peas and a pod Honey side.

In spite of being a pacifist, Mighty is said to have great fighting abilities. Like most characters, Mighty is capable of running at high speed. As during the Eggman Island incident and Chaos Ring incident, he has some agility as well noticeably, he is able to wall jump.
