any advice for darkenin acrylics??? mine always end up way to bright nd vibrant

i usually use some blue and brown mixed together and then build it up using other colours to get the tone I want. I try not to use black but sometimes it can help. Also white is good for toning the brightness down. its worth just playing around with paint for a while sorry if this is no help x
