Being in Japan again after 25 years, I had to go see where Anime was begun. It was Osamu Tezuka's Mushi Productions that coined the word "Anime" and it was this studio that gave Americans their first taste of Anime and their first Saturday morning cartoon on NBC-TV that started a generational phenomenon with Generation X. Today old Mushi is just a shell of her former glory but oh the spark she started!
