I can imagine these ghosts helping him out.
For example leading him around areas that makes him uneasy or the other way around place he doesn't find bad but the ghost clearly protesting and at times intervening.

(You do know that Sunny and Zac are one of the many characters who don't get a lot of fanart, which is kinda sad to me, because those two are very important to the show's main storyline.)
