Lovely! Definitely needs the color in the hair, I'd say. Without it the image becomes too flattened and the empty regions look more unfinished instead of deliberately uncolored.
Love the color choices, very fresh and light.

I like it, the only thing im not keen on is the lips. It would be funky if the lips mirrored the sunglasses design - great colours!
