BUG FIX UPDATE FOR TOASTER SKINThere was a bug in the install instrucions for the X-Fi "Toaster" Skin.
I have corrected it, because a deviant had problems installing the skin and i realised that what is wrong.
I misstyped the skin-folder, as "XFi - Silver" rather than "X-Fi Silver" < which is the correct name.
Please either read the instrucions again or just rename the skin folder to "X-Fi Silver" to get it to work.

Hi People,
I have designed my first Winamp Skin.
I think it got realy good so i hope you give me some good ol feedback.
There is everything skinned, except the Video and MiniBrowser Window (< you dont need the second one if you run it with winamp 5).
The Skin fits very well for everyone but especialy for people having a Sounblaster X-Fi Card.
It features a very modern look and stylish futuristic interface to fresh up your player.
The fully skinned Skin (Video Window) will follow in a short while.

Your skin for Winamp Rocks TY but unfortunately the one for Toaster broke my Toaster applying the ini file any ideas on a fix for this my install of toaster was working until this, everthings installed in the correct locations I doubled checked so I have no clue what to do please help.

really great skin. but how did you change the font on the media library area? according to winamp.com and the forums you cant change that. is it just for the pic or is there a secret?

I REALLY love the skin. Only problem I have with it is that if I stretch the playlist window too long i get an ugly box that says Cleanamp on it.
Also the skin isn't consistent when its in windowshade mode.

Something I noticed that you might have taken care of it already in the new version but I'll mention it anyway.
The CleanAMP skin reappears when expanding the playlist window horizontally and when toggling the windowshade mode.

Your skin is the best I have seen so far. Stylish, clean and well-thought.
However, I am waiting for the new version that would include the video window also. You see I use it all the time because of the Cover & Tag Plugin (you can download it from here: [link] ). I hope you have not forgotten about it.
Upon improving the skin, I think you could add a little more black to the main window. You could add a thicker black stripe just above the controls blue screen (like the original Creative entertainment mode has) and drop the Xfi symbol. I got three reasons for the latter: 1. Non-xfi users will appreciate it 2. This symbol is more fitting to gaming equipment than that of a music lover/audiophile (probably because of that big X, reminiscent of gamer/modder aesthetics). 3. It reminds us of Creative's extreme marketing (I mean not even audiophile equipment that costs a fortune doesn't claim extreme fidelity) and we don't need that.
Nitpicking: I liked the fact that the playlist and ML background is dark because it makes the skin more easy on the eyes (especially when you open the ML window and have it cover almost the whole screen). But maybe it is a bit more dull than need be. Check the color I use for toaster's background - not big difference (it still has to be dark) but more lively/bright : Hue:151 Sat:235 Lum:42 Red:1 Green:20 Blue:88

This skin is beautiful. I like the graduation from the black to that sparkling blue. It's a good design too, and you've managed to keep everything in place. The buttons are easy to read and there's no confusion. The equalizer is lovely. Very creative and intuitive. I love how the random and loop buttons go dim and light up for on and off modes. Often a common mistake is to reverse the on/off button for the equalizer, to where it's on but it says it's off and vise versa. Here it says exactly what it is.
I think my brother would like this skin, too. He's a bit of a vista nut.
My only complaint is that the white borders take away from the dark blue slightly. I personally don't like the white. It reminds me of alliance ships and hospitals..from firefly.... :3...
