Where exactly do you make these? I have yet to see any stamp maker put a link to where they made them, so that's why I'm asking. I would like to make some of these myself.

It's not hard to actually.
If you can't make the outer edge you can search around and find a template. Then it's just a matter of picking out what you want to make a stamp of and how you want it to look.
I could do a tutorial if you wanted.

Thankfully GIMP is free so there shouldn't be an issue, though it's not as powerful as Photoshop... or so I've been told.
