Ice is a Luxio, the second evolutionary stage of the Shinx to Luxray Line, who we modified from being an Electric type Pokémon to an Electric and Ice type. He has a rebellious personality and disrespects authority. Ice will often try to orchestrate escape attempts, with other subjects that he meets at the Courtyard. Ice can freeze water instantly and also can launch and control, what he calls, "Frozen Electricity".
