For this particular stamp (as well as the /fanboy one) it could mean one ot two things: 1) the original meaning I intended was basically it meaning "end". For example if someone makes a sarcastic remark on the internet, they'll sometimes make it obvious they were being sarcastic by putting "/sarcasm" at the end of their sentence. This is along the same vein as that, just instead of saying something sarcastic this stamp just got done fangirling over something
2) The other meaning, which someone pointed out to me, is that it could also mean slash-fangirl XD
